Welcome to our booking page. Please select the dates you would like to visit our cottage and fill out the form. All bookings are provisional and will be confirmed by us within 48 hours.
Our changeover day is on Fridays however if you require a different check in day please let us know to see if we can accommodate your request.
There is a 5 night minimum stay. During school holidays there is a 7 night minimum stay.
Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out time is no later than 10am.
A 30% deposit per rental period will be required when the booking is confirmed
. The remaining balance will be required six weeks prior to let date (unless a late booking). If final payment of any outstanding amounts to be paid is not completed within 6 weeks of the check-in date, your booking will be automatically cancelled and any booking fees will be forfeited.
If a booking is made within six weeks of the check-in date, 100% of the payment will be taken upfront to secure the booking.
Cancellations made within 13 days of arrival, will not receive a refund of monies paid (including deposit).
Cancellations between 14 and 27 days in advance will receive a 25% refund.
Cancellations between 28-55 days will receive a 40% refund.
Cancellations made six weeks or more in advance will have the deposit refunded.
